Kevin has been in marketing and promotions in San Francisco for a number of years. He is the editor of SF City Dish (www.sfcitydish.com) which was named Best Weekly On line Newsletter by the Bay Area Publicity Club, and has been featured on NBC and ABC television news. Kevin has worked with over 50 Bay Area restaurants on promotions, email marketing, and events. Kevin is also the editor of the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau's "Escape to the City" Nightlife Blog. He's savvy in social media and Web 2.0 marketing and frequently works with Susie on client accounts."



Paula Biehler


Paula Biehler, with sister Susie's assistance, opened her firm in Austin, Texas, in 1999 and has become Austin's (and Texas') premier restaurant and hospitality industry PR agency.

Paula has developed invaluable contacts within the non-profit arena, theater groups, local bureaus, various business organizations and other professional associations. These relationships offer her clients premium positioning and marketing capabilities.

John is a consummate food and wine paparazzi. Clients include Sony, Wells Fargo Bank, Jelly Belly Candy and The California Milk Advisory Board. When he linked up with Susie Biehler & CO, it was a perfect match and has been shooting restaurants for the past 10 years.

John Lindsey, Creative Design Services

John's career started as a chef working in some of the finest kitchens and wineries including The Coyote Cafe (Sante Fe, NM), Hayes Street Grill (San Francisco), Zuni (San Francisco) and Chalone Wineries (Pinnacles, CA). In 1995 he co-founded Full Vision Media, a maker of virtual reality tours for education, travel and recreation industries. In 2002 John started Lindsey Creative an interactive agency. 




Glenn Martinez, Artist, Designer

Glenn found his artist’s heart while enrolled in a children’s class at the Parsons School of Design in New York. He opened his own graphic design business in San Francisco area in 1977.



Michele Mandell, Writing, Positioning, Media Relations

Susie helped launch Michele in her current media relations business.  She has strong organizational skills honed in her former high-tech industry career in writing and public relations which she now applies to her work in the restaurant industry. Michele often collaborates on projects with Susie Biehler & CO.





Jared Rivera

Jared came to Susie as an intern eager to break out of the trenches of restaurant work. After a number of years with Susie Biehler & CO Susie helped Jared develop his own clientele.

He often works in association with Susie Biehler & CO.





Javan Wygal

When partnering with Susie, he draws heavily on experience gleaned from years as a professional cook, working under such culinary luminaries as Paul Bocuse, Michel Richard, Wolfgang Puck, Alain Giraud, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, and Traci Des Jardins, et. al.
